'green' curry chicken with fried rice

Thai Green chicken curry with fried rice
This menu is easy to make myself. I have recommended how to make this menu was delicious.
Ingredients
-  2 tbsp. Green Curry spicy.
-  80 g Thinly sliced chicken (meat).
 2 cups Cooked rice
- 1 tbsp. cooking oil.
- 1/2 cup coconut milk.
- 1/4 cup sweet basil.
- 2 tbsp. Palm sugar.
- 2-3 tbsp. Good quality fish sauce.
- 1 shreded red spur chilli for garnish.

- 2 kaffir lime leaves(optional)

Method

1.       Fried chili paste with oil until fragrant.
2.       Reduce heat, add coconut cream a little at a time, and cook with stirring until coconut cream begins to have an oily sheen.
3.       Add and chicken and torn kaffir lime leaves.
4.       Then put the palm sugar and fish sauce, add the sweet basil, Cooked rice and stir.
5.       Plate of food served. put red spur chili for garnish.
